The Result

So me and a few friends finally built this computer in the course of 6 and a half hours (we don't know much about them...hehe). So I was in Rafale's sessions and decided to take a test run with fraps on my e6850. here's the result with the scenery on high, every thing else on ultra high with an average of 16fps while recording, 25 fps playing it :)

PC parts came in!

yay! My new computer pieces came in the mail today. and assuming that none of the parts came dead on arrival, my computer should be wicked cool...hopefully.
PC specs:
Intel's Core 2 Duo @ 3ghz (stock)
8600GT with 512mb
2 gigs of G Skill RAM @ 800mhz
EVGA's 680i A1 motherboard
Rosewell's 600w power supply
XP
Arctic Cooling 7 CPU fan
All for the price of 1,008$ (including shipping)

Now I gotta go put it together with the help of my friend! and put it through a lil' criteria for it's performance in FSX...yeah!

Rule of Engagement

ok, new name! got rid of the ill spelled "squeekyV" and bringing in "Rule of Engagement". My "pikey leprechaun" friend gave me this name when I was thinking for a new one. Well, I'm going to be making *projects*...the kind of work that will take...a long time! I dunno, but until I get this new computer , I'm going to leave "squeekyV". I'm thinking about getting Sony Vegas but my friend has it and when I went over to his house, I had no idea what the hell to think of it! it was so hard to use! I wish they would put it in a Windows Movie Maker format because editing videos on that was so, ridiculously easy! The only bad part is making a video out of WMM looks really bad! So about this computer thing, the parts should come within 2 weeks (I'm buying the parts separate and putting it together). Hopefully these videos can take me to a new heights, because those squeekyV videos I had up were crap!
